Once a commission moves to Eligible, when does the money actually arrive? This article covers the payout schedule.
Typical timing
Most eligible commissions get paid within 7-14 days of becoming eligible. Faizan reviews the payout queue on a regular schedule (usually weekly) and processes batches of payments at once.
Why batching, not instant?
Two reasons:
- Payment fees: PayPal and Wise charge per-transaction. Batching reduces total fees, which means more money goes to connectors instead of payment processors.
- Manual review: Faizan checks each commission for fraud signals (especially the same-surname flag for connector + invitee pairs) before paying. This catches a small number of edge cases per month.
How you’ll know it’s been paid
Three ways:
- The Paid tile balance on your Earnings tab goes up
- The relevant invitee row changes status from “Eligible” to “Paid” with a note like “Paid 0 days ago via PayPal”
- You receive the payment in your chosen account (PayPal, Wise, bank)
We don’t currently send a separate confirmation email — the dashboard is the source of truth.
If a commission has been Eligible for more than 14 days and you haven’t been paid, contact support. That’s outside normal timing and worth a quick check.
Faster payouts in the future?
Possibly. As the program scales we may move to a regular payout schedule (e.g. “every Friday”) that members can predict. For now, expect roughly weekly with some variance based on Faizan’s schedule.
