How to set it up
- Dashboard → One Sheet tab (only visible on Pro+ tiers)
- Most fields auto-populate from your profile (bio, books, episodes)
- Add One Sheet-specific fields: speaking topics, press mentions, testimonials
- Click “Generate / Update” to compile the page
What members do with their One Sheet
- Send the URL when pitching to events: “Here’s my One Sheet: [link]”
- Download the PDF and attach to email outreach
- Embed the link in their email signature
- Print copies for in-person networking events
Specific testimonials with names and contexts (“Sarah moderated our 200-person leadership offsite — exactly what we needed” — beats — “great speaker”). Recent ones over old ones. And keep the page focused on what hosts care about: who you are, what you talk about, why their audience will get value.
Customizing the design (Pro vs VIP)
Pro members can adjust accent colors and add a logo. VIP members get full branding control: custom fonts, layout options, full color schemes, and the ability to add a sponsor logo or co-brand.
