Booking and contact links — when each is shown

Your profile can show two CTA buttons — a Booking link and a Contact link. This article explains when to use each and how they appear.

For members who take appointments, speaking gigs, or coaching clients. Should point to a scheduling tool (Calendly, SavvyCal, Acuity) or a dedicated booking page on your site.

  • https://yoursite.com/book-a-call

For members who don’t take appointments but want to be reachable. Usually points to:

  • Your website’s contact page
  • A direct mailto: email link
  • A web form on your site

How to set them

Dashboard → Profile → Contact section. There are two fields — “Booking URL” and “Contact URL”. Fill in either or both. They appear as separate buttons on your profile.

i
Why both, not one?

Different visitors have different intents. An event organizer wants to book; a reader wants to send a thank-you note. Splitting the buttons keeps each path clean.

Where they appear

  • Top of your profile, prominently — both buttons display side by side if you’ve added them
  • The One Sheet (Pro+) — usually as a footer CTA
  • Sometimes in directory listings — for VIP members

What if you only want one?

Just leave the other field blank. Only the populated button appears.

Tracking clicks

The platform doesn’t currently track click-through on these CTAs. If you want analytics, use a tool like Bitly to wrap your booking link and track from there. Or check the analytics in your scheduling tool — Calendly and similar services track which page sent the booking.
