The Smile Channel hosts regular live events featuring members as speakers. This article explains what they are, how they work, and how to get involved.
What an event looks like
A typical Smile Channel event is a 2-3 hour virtual gathering on Zoom or a similar platform. The format is multi-speaker: 10-30 members each get a 5-15 minute slot to share insights, stories, or expertise on the event’s theme.
Events are recorded and published as episodes afterward, so each appearance becomes evergreen content for the speakers.
Event types
- Topic-focused events — “Wellness for Leaders”, “Authors Roundtable”, “Resilience Conference”
- Quarterly headliners — larger, multi-track events
- Author-A-Thon — special annual event combining publication and panel discussion
- Member spotlights — small intimate sessions with one featured member
Who can attend
Most events are open to all Smile Channel members. Some are open to the public with a registration. Some are members-only (Pro+ or VIP-only). The event listing page shows access requirements.

Who can speak
Speaking slots are curated. The team selects speakers based on relevance to the event theme, member tier (VIPs get priority), and platform engagement. There’s no public application process — invitations come through the team.
