Where to find your invoices and receipts

Need invoices for accounting, taxes, or expense reports? Here’s where to find them.

Where invoices live

Dashboard → Settings → Billing → “Invoice history”. You’ll see a chronological list of every billing event:

  • Initial purchase
  • Each renewal
  • Tier upgrades / downgrades (with proration)
  • Refunds (shown as negative amounts)

Downloading an invoice

Click any line item to see the full invoice. Click “Download PDF” to save a copy. Each invoice includes:

  • Your name and billing address (if provided)
  • Invoice number and date
  • Line items with descriptions
  • Subtotal, tax (if applicable), total
  • Payment method (last 4 digits)
  • The Smile Channel’s billing entity details

Email receipts

Stripe also emails a receipt automatically after each successful payment. Search your email for “Receipt from Stripe” to find them. The email receipts are equivalent to the dashboard invoices for accounting purposes.

VAT / tax invoices for businesses

If you need a tax-compliant invoice with your business name + VAT number, add those details under Settings → Billing → “Business details”. Future invoices will include them. Past invoices can be re-issued on request — email support.

Bulk download (e.g. all invoices for a year)

The dashboard lists invoices but doesn’t currently bulk-export. To get all invoices at once, email support with the date range and we’ll send a zip.
