Your dashboard is where you control everything about your presence on The Smile Channel — profile, books, episodes, settings, earnings. This article shows you how to get there.
The login URL

This is the member login page. Don’t confuse it with the standard WordPress admin login (/wp-admin) — that one is for site administrators only.
Logging in for the first time
- Open
thesmilechannel.com/guest-login/ - Enter the email address you used when you signed up
- Enter your password (or click “Forgot password?” if you’ve never set one)
- You’ll land on your dashboard at
thesmilechannel.com/guest-dashboard/
If your account was created by an admin (during onboarding for an event, for example), you’ll have an email with a “Set your password” link. Click that link to choose a password before trying to log in.
If you’ve forgotten your password
Click “Forgot password?” on the login page. Enter your email. You’ll receive an email with a reset link valid for 24 hours. Open it, choose a new password, and log in normally.
If the email never arrives, check spam first. If it’s still missing, contact support — sometimes corporate email filters are aggressive.
Staying logged in
Tick the “Remember me” box on the login form to stay signed in for 14 days. Don’t tick it on shared or public computers.
