Stephen Boyd’s passion for education goes far beyond traditional classrooms. With over 25 years of experience as an award-winning classroom music educator and school administrator, Stephen has dedicated his career to developing innovative approaches that foster true student engagement and succcess. In 2014, inspired by his own experiences and the challenges faced by educators, he founded SB Entertainment, LLC. Its educational division focuses on equipping teachers with practical strategies for classroom management and student engagement, making a lasting impact on both educators and students.

Stephen’s motivational teaching style doesn’t just focus on delivering content–it aims to inspire, uplift, and move his audiences to action. Known for his ability to connect deeply with students and educators alike, Stephen has become a highly sought-after motivational speaker. His message has reached audiences at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., and he has spoken at notable educational conferences including the National Association of Elementary School Principals, the National Association of Alternative Education, and ASCD. Coming from a family of ministers, Stephens’ passion for speaking and teaching is rooted in a legacy of leadership. In addition to his speaking engagements, Stephen is also an accomplished author and musician. His 2020 single, Heal the Land, was featured on the Billboards/Mediabase Gospel Charts. He followed this up with the companion book Heal the Land: A Blueprint to Spiritual Restoration. In 2023, he became a contributing author in the Amazon bestseller Your Deck of Success. His work, both as an educator and author, continues to inspire individuals to grow personally and professionally. Stephen holds a B.A. in Music Education from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, a Master’s degree in School Leadership from Wilimington University and certfications in various areas of educationand mental heatlh.
