Paul E. McFadden is the Founder & CEO of Evolve Human Potential, a human performance and leadership transformation company helping leaders, executives, and organizations operate with greater clarity, alignment, resilience, and purpose.

He is the creator of the Alignment Codex™ and a body of work that integrates neuroscience, leadership development, human performance, and conscious evolution. His work focuses on helping high-capacity leaders move beyond achievement alone and toward a more aligned expression of performance, identity, purpose, and legacy.

A U.S. Navy Reserve veteran, internationally recognized speaker, executive coach, and transformation strategist, Paul has worked across corporate, government, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial environments. He is known for translating complex ideas about human behavior, leadership, and performance into practical frameworks that leaders can use to create meaningful and sustainable change.
