Mark “The Be Great Guy” Papadas

Mark Papadas is the founder of I AM 4 Kids, author of Kids First. Always., and the man known as “The Be Great Guy.” His work centers on a simple but powerful idea: children begin forming beliefs about who they are long before most adults realize it.

Through I AM 4 Kids, Mark helps families, educators, schools, coaches, and mentors strengthen childhood identity, confidence, resilience, creativity, and belonging. At the heart of his work are the two words “I AM” and the belief that the language children repeatedly attach to those words can influence how they see themselves, respond to challenges, and approach possibility.

His newest book, Kids First. Always.: The I AM 4 Kids Story, brings that mission to life through a story set inside an elementary school, exploring what can happen when adults become as intentional about who children are becoming as they are about what children are achieving.
