This all emerge out of my passion for water skiing. I am the founding director to the Adaptive Division of the Wisconsin Water Ski Federation. We more than sextupled the access to the sport of water skiing for people with disabilities across the state of Wisconsin and Rockford Illinois in six years. This growth experience transformed my approach to business.
