He started his career as a recording artist with the Elektra Records R&B group Room Service and is now the CEO of The Eleven28 Entertainment Group. June is also a motivational teacher and educator. He is the host of the "The Winner’s Circle" for "Thisis50" on YouTube & Instagram with an audience of over 1.5M, author of "Yes! Every Day Can Be a Good Day" and "Yes! You Can", the founder of The June Archer School of Arts, The Archer Foundation, The 100 Men of Color Black Tie Gala & Awards, The 100 Women of Color Gala & Awards, The 100 Young Men of Color Awards, creator of The New England Music Seminar, Hot Chocolate Soul performance showcase and June Archer's Celebration of Life AIDS/Breast Cancer Fundraiser which celebrates 32 years of community engagement. June's latest projects are the Documentary "Stepping into the Shade" where he is the Host, Co-Producer and Executive Producer and his new book, “The Definitive Art of Networking”.
June has also earned Gold & Platinum Certification for working on albums by Jay-Z, 50 Cent, Chris Brown, Mario, Omarion and Beyonce to name a few, selling over 25 million albums World Wide. June is a 2X Grammy and Soul Train Award Nominee and a past member of the Grammy Committee for 8 years.
