Formerly a music educator, published composer, and performer U.S. Marine Corps, Jesse has spent over a decade immersed in elite performance environments and working on multi-media projects across various disciplines in the United States and internationally.
In 2020, Jesse was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his profound impact on the outreach and recruiting mission in his secondary role as the NCOIC of the Public Affairs Office. Through creative productions and digital marketing campaigns, Jesse helped increase the unit’s following by 350% and reach over 5.2 million impressions across various platforms.
Through his firm Sieff Studios and a strong network of strategic partnerships, Jesse continues to help leaders in business and government implement creative media solutions, build brands, and drive results. Jesse is a public speaker, runs professional
development workshops, and runs a state of the art production studio headquartered in Annapolis, MD. In 2025, he was nominated and selected as a finalist for the U.S. Forces in Business’s “Innovator of the Year”. Today, he serves as the director of The Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts, a world-class recording studio and private AV tech school in Phoenix, MD.
