Francine Juhlin is a military veteran, former aircraft electrician, and manufacturing engineer who has transformed her lifelong experience in structure, systems, and resilience into a mission-driven career in personal growth and confidence-building. With a background in business management, an MBA, and advanced studies in change management, she brings both real-world experience and practical strategy to everything she creates.
As a children’s author and the creator behind Princess Francy and Sparklefeathers, Francine is passionate about helping young minds build confidence, embrace their uniqueness, and develop the tools they need to navigate life with courage. Her work is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: if we grow strong, confident children today, we do not have to fix broken adults later.
Francine is also the founder of Personal Change Warriors and The Confidence Collective, where she helps adults move from overthinking to clarity and action. Through her signature 6-Step Process of Personal Change, she guides individuals to understand their patterns, build self-trust, and step into visibility with confidence. Her programs support emerging leaders, aspiring authors, and entrepreneurs in turning their experiences into powerful stories that create impact and authority.
In addition to her coaching and writing, Francine leads collaborative anthology projects and author communities, helping individuals share their stories, build credibility, and expand their reach.
