Dr. East Phillips, DAOM, is an author, publisher, entrepreneur, speaker, and Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine who has spent more than 25 years helping thousands of people transform their health, elevate their mindset, and reconnect with their authentic purpose.
Blending modern personal development with ancient wisdom, Dr. East has dedicated her career to empowering individuals to live with greater purpose, passion, and joy. She is the founder of Illuminis Publishing, a publishing company dedicated to helping authors share transformational messages with the world, and Doctor East Academy, an online learning platform featuring courses in personal growth, entrepreneurship, and wellness.
A former professor at Pacific College of Health and Science, Dr. East has trained healthcare professionals while also coaching entrepreneurs, authors, and individuals navigating life's transitions. She is the creator of the Elevate: 50 Days to Transformation program, designed to help participants build life-changing habits that raise energy, increase clarity, and unlock their highest potential.
Dr. East is the author of several books, including More Than a Treatment, Living Life in Your PJs (forthcoming), and the award-winning children's series beginning with Rainbow Fairies: A Field Guide to Enchantment and Your Inner Magic. Her newest children's book, I'm Somebody's Favorite Friend, encourages children to recognize the power of kindness and friendship through a heartwarming story and interactive sticker-sharing experience.
