About

Cole “the Connector” Cipriani

If you ask Cole what he does, you may get a few different answers.

Recruiting. Business development. Community building. Events. Entrepreneurship. Connecting people.

But if you ask him what he is really good at, the answer is pretty simple:

**Connecting people.**

Cole, better known as **“Cole the Connector,”** has an unusual ability to meet someone, learn who they are and what they are trying to accomplish, and immediately start thinking, *“Wait… you need to meet this person.”*

Sometimes that connection leads to a job.

Sometimes it leads to a client, business opportunity, friendship, mentor, event, or collaboration.

And sometimes two people just need to know each other.

Cole has spent 7+ years working in staffing and recruiting, along with experience in business development, entrepreneurship, events, and community building. Those experiences have allowed him to build relationships with people across industries, cities, backgrounds, and walks of life.

But “Cole the Connector” didn't come from a perfectly polished career plan.

Actually, a lot of it came from the opposite.

Growing up, Cole struggled with reading and had a stutter. He remembers sitting in school during popcorn reading, figuring out which paragraph would probably be his and practicing it over and over in his head before the teacher got to him. Then someone would change the order and all that preparation went out the window...

He knows what it feels like to be nervous to speak.

He knows what it feels like not to always feel confident.

He knows what it feels like to want to belong.

And somehow, the kid who was nervous about using his voice grew into an adult who makes a living talking to people.

That's part of why connection means so much more to Cole than collecting contacts.

He genuinely loves people.

He loves hearing somebody's story. He loves figuring out what makes them tick. He loves walking into a room where he barely knows anyone and walking out knowing ten people. And probably more than anything, he loves that moment when he realizes two people in his world should know each other.

His philosophy isn't complicated:

**People are better connected.**

You don't have to know everybody.

You don't have to be the most important person in the room.

You don't have to have every answer.

Sometimes you just need to know the right person—and sometimes your greatest contribution is being the person who makes the introduction.

That's the bigger vision behind **Cole the Connector**.

Cole wants to explore what real human connection looks like in a world where we are technically more “connected” than ever, yet so many people still feel alone, overlooked, stuck, or unsure of where they belong.

His Christian faith is central to that mission. Cole believes relationships aren't merely transactions and that the gifts, opportunities, and people God puts in our lives aren't meant to be hoarded. They're meant to be stewarded.

That means asking a different question.

Instead of only asking, **“What can this person do for me?”**

Cole tries to ask:

**“Who do I know who could help this person?”**

That simple question has shaped much of his career and life.

Cole is currently developing the next chapter of the Cole the Connector brand through storytelling, speaking, content, community experiences, and eventually books.

One concept particularly close to him is **Get Connected**, a future book about intentional relationships, the power of meaningful introductions, and what can happen when we stop trying to build our lives completely by ourselves.

He also hopes to eventually create something for children who struggle with reading, speech, and confidence.

That one is personal.

Because he remembers being that kid.

If something he creates someday can help another kid walk into a classroom a little more confident than he did, that's worth doing.

Ultimately, Cole isn't trying to become famous for knowing everybody.

He wants to become useful because he cares about people.

He wants to connect good people to good people.

Ideas to opportunities.

People to communities.

Dreamers to doers.

And, when he can, people to a greater sense of purpose.

Because sometimes one conversation, one introduction, or one person believing in you really can change the direction of your life.

**That's what it means to be Cole the Connector.**
