About
Christie Tufts is the Founder and CEO of Rebel Tech Labs, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation building AI-powered decision intelligence infrastructure, and the founder of Rebel With A Calling, her conscious leadership and strategic advisory platform. Known as The Polymath Architect, Christie works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, behavioral psychology, systems thinking, intuitive intelligence, and high-stakes leadership.
Her work is centered on one foundational question: How do humans make clearer, more sovereign decisions inside increasingly complex systems?
Through Rebel Tech Labs, Christie designs and develops technology intended to strengthen human judgment rather than replace it. The company is building the Rebel Ecosystem—a connected portfolio of decision-support platforms that translate human insight, behavioral patterns, organizational context, and artificial intelligence into practical guidance.
The ecosystem includes Rebel Blueprint, a human decision engine designed to help individuals and organizations understand how people naturally process information, navigate pressure, communicate, collaborate, and make decisions. It also includes Rebel Assistant, an AI-powered operational intelligence platform created to bridge the distance between knowing the right strategic move and executing it across the moving parts of a business.
While Rebel Tech Labs represents the technological infrastructure, Rebel With A Calling represents the human methodology beneath it.
Through Rebel With A Calling, Christie advises founders, executives, entrepreneurs, and unconventional leaders navigating complex decisions, internal conflict, rapid growth, identity evolution, and high-pressure transitions. Her approach combines conscious leadership, behavioral strategy, intuitive pattern recognition, emotional intelligence, and direct truth-telling.
She is known for identifying the invisible architecture underneath a problem: the unspoken incentive, the repeated behavioral pattern, the distorted belief, the strategic contradiction, or the emotional blind spot quietly shaping the outcome.
Christie’s work is not built around telling people what they want to hear. It is built around helping them see clearly enough to make decisions they can fully stand behind.
Her signature approach has been described as intense, catalytic, surgical, and deeply clarifying. Sessions and conversations may involve strategic breakthroughs, uncomfortable realizations, spontaneous laughter, emotional release, or the sudden collapse of a story that was never true in the first place.
At the center of everything she builds is a commitment to clarity without ego and truth without distortion.
Her philosophy is grounded in integrity, personal sovereignty, accountability, discernment, courage, compassion, and the belief that leadership begins long before a title is assigned. It begins in the private moment when a person chooses coherence over performance, responsibility over avoidance, and truth over convenience.
Christie’s professional identity does not fit neatly inside one category. She is a founder, advisor, strategist, systems thinker, product architect, and builder. The title The Polymath Architect reflects her ability to connect disciplines that are usually treated as separate—technology and psychology, intuition and evidence, strategy and emotional intelligence, leadership and infrastructure.
Christie Tufts is the thinker and architect.
Rebel With A Calling is the leadership methodology.
Rebel Tech Labs is the technological infrastructure built to operationalize it.
Together, they form a larger body of work focused on advancing how people think, decide, build, and lead.
Christie is not interested in technology that makes humans more passive, leadership that rewards performance over integrity, or personal development that avoids accountability. Her work challenges leaders to become more conscious without becoming less decisive, more intuitive without abandoning discernment, and more powerful without surrendering their humanity.
Because the future of leadership will not belong solely to those with the most information.
It will belong to those capable of meeting intelligence—human and artificial—with enough clarity, sovereignty, and self-awareness to use it wisely.
Christie Tufts does not simply advise leaders. She builds the infrastructure for leadership.
