About
Yayoi Komiyama is an Elite Neuroencoding Specialist, Transformation Strategist, speaker, podcast host, and founder of Brain To Belly Coaching. Known as “The Connector,” she helps people reconnect the brain, belly, and soul so they can transform their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves from the inside out. With more than 20 years in the wellness industry and decades of personal experience overcoming body shame, disordered eating patterns, and the exhausting cycle of “I’ll start on Monday,” Yayoi combines neuroscience, Neuroencoding, mindset transformation, and practical wellness strategies to create lasting change. Through her signature Brain To Belly approach, she teaches clients how to rewire the brain patterns driving emotional eating, self-sabotage, stress behaviors, and self-criticism. Rather than relying on willpower or another restrictive diet, Yayoi helps people create identity-level transformation so healthy choices become more natural, peaceful, and sustainable. Yayoi is the host of I’ll Start on Monday, the Podcast, co-host of Cognitive Cuisine Radio Show, contributor to the book Turning Pain Into Her Power: 22 Inspiring Stories, Life Lessons, and Strength Strategies to Help You Rise & Roar, and a featured speaker dedicated to helping others stop starting over and finally rebuild self-trust. Her mission is simple: help people nourish their brain, their belly, and their soul—so they can nourish all of who they are.
