Roosevelt Williams III is a San Diego–based entrepreneur, community advocate, and civic leader with more than 20 years of service focused on economic empowerment and social equity. He is the founder and CEO of Young Black & ‘N Business (YB&NB), an organization dedicated to supporting underserved entrepreneurs and communities. Williams has led initiatives such as food drives, job creation programs, and policy efforts—including work on responsible banking practices—to address inequality. He has also been recognized with multiple community leadership awards and has run for public office to expand his impact in local government
